Providing people with opportunities to learn and grow is something we’re really passionate about at The Edwards Company.

Over the past few years, we’ve explored this passion by taking on apprentices – something we’ve found to be incredibly rewarding and usually very beneficial for our business overall!

Because of how busy our accounts department is, we decided earlier this year that we could do with a few extra pairs of helping hands to keep things running smoothly. We began advertising for an AAT Level 2 apprentice and, luckily for us, we found two!

Josh is one half of our account apprentice team and has gone from strength to strength since he started with us just a couple of months ago.

Recently, we sat down with Josh to get to know him and his role a little better.
