IIBio: Lisa is our founder and decided to build her own business in 2013. 

Before creating The Edwards Company Lisa spent 20+ years helping businesses in various roles within accounts. Starting at the bottom she worked her way up to accounts management and is an expert analyser of figures!

Do you have any pets? Dobby – part Pug, Jack Russell and chihuahua 

Favourite Netflix series? It’s probably between Bridgerton and Emily in Paris

Best book you’ve read in the last 12 months?

I’m doing a reading challenge this year of 52 books in a year… currently aiming to double that so I’ve quite a few to pick from…

Favourite Biography would be Thanks a Lot, Mr Kibblewhite: My Story by Roger Daltry.

Favourite fiction would be Book 3 in the Bridgerton series (I am obsessed). Although Where the Crawdads Sing was also fab.

Favourite Office Snack? Crisps

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be? Purple Rain

Favourite place you’ve travelled to? Vegas and Norway

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? Author of children’s books (after it was confirmed I could not grow up and be Shakin’ Stevens)

Tea or coffee? Coffee, black

Best secret skill?  I can do a 5 hour batch cooking session and not need to cook again for at least 3 weeks. I also can do a very neat cartwheel and round off! Generally don’t do the batch cooking and the cartwheels at the same time though!
